Coordination

Keep Your Turn Moving.

Bring your property scope, bed count, and dates. We’ll work with you to define the services, sequencing, and communication needed for your turn.

  1. 01

    DEFINE THE SCOPE

Review services, unit/bed counts, access, and target dates.

  2. 02

    PLAN THE SEQUENCE

Agree how cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning, and punch-list work fit together.

  3. 03

    CONFIRM SUPERVISION & UPDATES

Establish contacts, supervision responsibilities, progress reporting, and escalation before work begins.

  4. 04

    REVIEW COMPLETED WORK

Agree on inspection, correction, and closeout procedures.

How We Coordinate Your Turn

ONE CLEAR POINT OF CONTACT

Your on-site Area or Multi-Site Manager oversees the flow of the turn and serves as your property team’s main point of contact. Instructions, concerns, and requests for corrections go through this manager, who relays them to the appropriate trade coordinator.

COORDINATORS FOR EACH TRADE

Each contracted trade has an on-site coordinator who makes sure crews follow the agreed scope and have the supplies they need. Coordinators direct their crews and inspect units before presenting them to your property team.

WALKTHROUGHS WITH CORRECTIONS

During walkthroughs with your property manager or inspection team, the coordinator brings a crew member from each applicable trade. Missed items and touch-ups are addressed during the walkthrough whenever possible, allowing units to be marked complete and reducing go-backs.

ORGANIZED FOLLOW-THROUGH

If a go-back is needed, your property team notifies the Area or Multi-Site Manager. The manager passes the details to the trade coordinator, who directs the crew to complete the correction. This communication chain reduces conflicting instructions and keeps the turn moving.
